These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website located at claude-marsal.com (the “Site”) and any related services provided by Claude Marsal® (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing products through the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Site Access
Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw access without notice. We will not be liable for any loss if access is withdrawn for any reason.
Registration with the Site is required to place an order. When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
Eligibility to use the Site is limited to those over the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not use the Site.
2. Order Process
The order process allows you to place binding orders to purchase products. You agree to provide accurate details and complete checkout in a timely manner.
We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time if there is an error or we have reason to suspect fraud.
Pricing listed is in Euros and subject to change. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct pricing anytime before purchase.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices quoted including applicable taxes, shipping, and any other fees. Additional duties or taxes may be payable upon delivery.
3. Payment
We accept payment by credit card and other methods we choose to accept. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Charges will appear on your statement as Claude Marsal® or similar. You must notify us of any billing issues within 30 days.
If payment cannot be processed, your order may be cancelled. You will be responsible for any overdraft, transaction fees or other damages resulting from providing invalid payment details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to ship products within the estimated timeframes stated at checkout or on the Site. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Title (ownership) and risk of loss passes to you on transfer to the carrier. You are responsible for investigating and reimbursing any missing/damaged items directly with the carrier.
Shipping costs displayed will be charged. We do not deliver to PO boxes or military postcodes. Other shipping restrictions may apply.
You agree to accept delivery regardless of any aesthetic damage to packaging that does not affect contents. We reserve the right to make partial shipments and ship from multiple locations.
5. Returns & Refunds
See our Return Policy for information on returns and exchanges. We will reimburse you after inspecting returned items using your original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. We do not refund the original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days with photos documenting damage. We reserve the right to determine if damage occurred pre or post-delivery.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with others. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to compromised credentials or your negligence. Inform us immediately of any unauthorized use so we can take appropriate action.
